Dr Evelyn GULLETT

Evelyn Gullett previously taught at the Department of Business and Technology, Webster University, St Louis, Missouri in the US. She combines her teaching experience with more than 23 years of international work experience in areas such as human resources management and recruitment, training and development, account management, sales and customer service support, marketing, research analysis, strategic planning, project management and consulting.
Her research interests include e-learning, organisational behaviour, change and development, work relationships, leadership application, coaching, cultural diversity, training and development as well as qualitative research. Dr Gullett has worked on projects in various industries ranging from international hotel and tourism management, airline services, retail, call centers, hospital administration, education and the federal government.
Dr Gullett received her PhD in Human and Organizational Systems, a business behavioural science degree, from The Fielding Graduate University, Santa Barbara, California. She holds an MA in Organizational Development and earned her MBA with a concentration in Human Resource Management and BA in Human Resource Development from Hawaii Pacific University.
