The theme of the 2010 conference is New Paradigms: Business and Management.

With collaborative web and social networking getting into the daily lives, the resulting impact on individuals and society is getting significantly high. While the emergence of information and communication technology resulted in a drastic change in the business processes, online communities are bound to change the way organizations collaborate with their employees and customers. The trend is already visible with tools like twitter, facebook and wiki getting into the mainstream for business. However, it is just a beginning and there is a need to explore many business dimensions such as workable business models, etiquette, policies, strategies and operating procedures. VCOBAM 2010 aims to explore such emerging trends and related opportunities as well as challenges confronting today's organizations.
